Yes, sand trays are for adults too! This creative, hands-on workshop focuses on the power of symbols to help you access the hidden messages your unconscious holds. If you enjoy self-exploration and would like to focus on your potential for growth and wellbeing, this workshop offers just that. No buckets or spades required!

Outcomes

• Create a 3-D sand tray scene using miniature objects and figures.
• With support, access your unconcious awareness from your sand tray creation.
• Begin to integrate this awareness into your life, with specific focus on self-nurture.
• Create your own powerful figure to take home as reminder of your discovery.

Important Notes

By participating in this workshop, it is important to note that:

• you are not engaging in a formal therapeutic relationship with Ruth, although she will use her therapeutic skills and experience to support you in your discovery during the session.
• no previous experience in therapy, psychological studies or art is necessary.
• it is hands-on.
• this workshop is for adults only.
